Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately as we sometimes process orders within a few hours of them being placed, we are unable to cancel orders. Please ensure that your order information is correct when checking out. 

If you've entered your shipping address incorrectly, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make those changes. 

When will I receive my item(s)?

All items should be received within 5-12 business days (USA & Canada Only) from when the shipment is picked up. You may receive a tracking number prior to the date of pickup.

International orders (outside of Canada or USA) will take 7-20 business days depending on your location. If your order takes more than 30 business days to arrive (from the date of shipment) please contact us.

USA SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
Priority Shipping: 5-7 business days

CANADA SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping: 7-12 Business Days

REST OF THE WORLD SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping: 7-21 Business Days (Location Dependent) 

Do you deliver products Internationally?

Yes we deliver worldwide. Please proceed through our checkout to see the shipping costs to your location.

When will my item ship?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Orders leave our facility within 3-5 business days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility.
